Little Starz Children's Centre

(Photograph) - Parents and children celebrate the opening of Little Starz Children's Centre in West Norwood, London, with an afternoon of music and singing. The centre was opened by culture secretary Tessa Jowell, who praised the charity for offering 'affordable childcare in an area desperate for such provision'. As well as breakfast clubs and after school care, the 58-place centre provides education and training information for parents. Photo Richard Lea-Hair
