If your setting is thinking about the ways in which it responds to festivals, the video 'A child's eye view of festivals' provides an excellent introduction to the subject. It is well structured, full of lively images and endorsed by key organisations from the communities concerned.
It is unlikely that it will often be watched at a single sitting, except, perhaps, by a manager or staff group as part of their planning. The material is designed to make sampling easy. It is probably more useful for prompting discussion among practitioners than it is for direct use with children, but the voiceover is addressed to young children so that small sections can be used with them.
