(Photograph) - A flower festival in the multi-faith chapel at Harmony House marked its official opening last month as the first Neighbourhood Nursery in Barking and Dagenham, Essex. The centre, opened last year by Cherie Booth, currently has 49 places for local children, and the nursery extension will provide a further 20 places.
