A Preheat the oven to 200xC.
A Take an apple corer and remove each individual apple core, leaving the skin on.
T Divide the sultanas into four equal portions. Stuff each portion into the central hole in the apple.
T Place the apples into a high-sided oven proof dish (high sides are better to collect the juices.) Drizzle one teaspoon of honey all over each apple.
A Take a sharp knife and make a few slits in the skin across the top of the apple. This will prevent it from splitting open during cooking.
A Place the prepared apples in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the apple skins are golden brown and the inside of the apple is lovely and soft. Turn the oven down if the apples are bursting open.
To serve: This dessert is lovely serves with creme fraiche, single cream or vanilla ice cream.
NB: Never serve piping hot food straight from the oven to the table. Always allow it to cool first.
