Provided in partnership with the Safer Food Group , the course is split into chapters, covering personal hygiene, food poisoning and cleaning and disinfection. Each section features a video and test to check progress. The syllabus is approved by UK environmental health officers, fully accredited by Qualifi and nationally recognised by OFQUAL, the official regulator.

However with reduction in funding for nurseries, we wanted to ensure the standards continue to be kept as high as possible. By offering this course at a reduced rate we can help nurseries to get fully accredited, quality training, resulting in better quality care for children."
