There is a clear philosophy behind this year's brand new Enlighten Zone. It is that taking time to relax will have beneficial results for your work, which sounds like one we can all appreciate. 'Take time out for yourself and it will benefit the children,' says Alice Sharp, one of the organisers, who feels early years and primary school practitioners should certainly take this message to heart. 'We want to invest time in them because we know what a positive effect that will have on their teaching.'
