If you do not see a lot of your employer it's a good idea to keep a work diary in which you note briefly:

-Where you've gone and what you've done with the children.

-Who comes to the house to play with the children.

-Any money you spend on the children.

-Any minor accidents, bumps, bruises, or if a child has felt unwell that day.
