Busy Bees Vouchers rebrands in wake of Computershare buy

Busy Bees Vouchers, the largest voucher company in the UK, is changing its name to Computershare Voucher Services in line with its parent company.

Share registration company Computershare bought Busy Bees vouchers last year from ABC Learning Centres.

From September the Busy Bees logo will be replaced with the purple logo. Parents and employers have been informed about the change.

Simon Moore, managing director of Busy Bees Vouchers, said, 'It's not a decision we've taken lightly. The rebrand is about understanding that the voucher company is part of the wider Computershare group.'

Computershare's business includes share registration ownership schemes and employee incentives schemes, such as childcare vouchers.

The company is planning to launch an online record-keeping system in the autumn as part of a £3m technology upgrade (News, 22 April).
