Childcare workforce materials are being sent this week to all Birth to Three Matters trainers in England. The materials on CD-Rom come from the Sure Start Unit and will enable the trainers to start coaching early years practitioners on how to implement the Birth to Three Matters framework in their own settings. Copies of the CD-Rom are intended to be used by lead trainers who attended the Sure Start/Manchester Metropolitan University 'training the trainers' regional events which took place in January and February, or those who have completed training to become additional trainers. The CD-Rom is designed to be used in conjunction with the support materials from the training days and includes a series of activities, resources and guidance for Birth to Three Matters trainers.
