Children in Bosnia

Children in Bosnia have bagged a treat thanks to Scotland's census organisers, the Welsh Guards and hundreds of volunteers. More than 800 yellow satchels used by enumerators for last year's census were destined for the dustbin until census staff came up with the idea of filling them with toys, clothes and everyday essentials and sending them, with help from the Welsh Guards, to Bosnia. Staff from the Scottish Executive helped pack the bags full of goodies.
