Christianity counts

I write as the husband of a pre-school leader. As such I have the opportunity to look over her shoulder at Nursery World and the Nursery World website. I think that they are both well-produced, and contain many good and helpful features. But on looking at the issue of 17 October on Diwali, I ask the question, 'When was the last time a truly Christian feature was done?'. Easter bunnies and chicks or jingle bells are not what the Christian faith is about. As we try to help our children to understand and respect people from different backgrounds, a proper presentation and celebration of the Christian festivals is equally important.
