The children's cookery guru created the original menus with Asquith in2004 based around her Eat Fussy range of meals. New recipes are beingtested in four Milton Keynes nurseries prior to being introducedthroughout the nursery group this month.
In addition, Asquith's 27 nurseries that are based in David Lloyd healthcentres are serving up pre-packaged Eat Fussy meals for one- tofour-year-olds.
Fresh baby food is also prepared according to Annabel Karmel's recipesby Asquith food staff alongside the main dish of the day for the olderchildren.
Ms Karmel told Nursery World, 'I'm trying to incorporate more ethnicdishes. One of the favourites is chicken curry with apples and carrots, and also noodle dishes like stir-fries and Thai curry. The chicken wrapsare great because the children can get involved with putting themtogether.'
