Plans to create a new primary school including a nursery for three- to five-year-olds in Banbury, Oxfordshire, are going ahead after getting a green light from the county council. The new setting, due to open in September 2007, will take over the existing Dashwood school and the council said it is being built to accommodate Banbury's expanding population.
