Don't dismantle old partnerships

All credit to this Government, for funding it and for realising that the way to achieve it was by working with all sectors in a planned way.

Even with our historic commitment to school-based nursery education, Nottinghamshire LEA could not have secured universal provision without private and voluntary sector partners providing for 30 per cent of our county's children.
