Early start

A nanny who went from college to pre-school tells Helen Kewley how she set herself on the business path I first met Natalie Pragliola in 2004 when I went to talk to the DCE students at Stamford College. At that time Natalie had decided that she wanted to work as a nanny in the US and had already applied to the Camp America organisation for starters. When we talked about long-term career plans she told me she would like to set up her own pre-school, but not until she was at least 30.
