A strong team has always been a good measure of a nursery's popularity and profitability, but it is an asset that can only be built up with the help of an effective manager. That role has become all the more challenging in recent years as Government policy continues to make fresh demands of the manager's time and expertise.

That role has become all the more challenging in recent years as Government policy continues to make fresh demands of the manager's time and expertise.
