Ditch:

* sweets and biscuits

* salted bag snacks (crisps etc)

* deep-fried foods

* processed foods

* sugared yoghurts and desserts

* commercial burgers

* 'mixes' and 'novelty' foods Vegetable tricks:

* Beat pureed green vegetables or carrots into buttery mashed potato

* Toss root vegetables in olive oil and roast until soft and lightly browned

* Cut carrots into thin sticks and saute in olive oil in a tightly covered pan (add water if they catch) until soft and caramelised.
