Growing success

The Oak Tree Nursery opened in January 2004 and one of our first priorities was to get the children involved in the garden. Thanks to the children's careful planting and keen watering and weeding, we were able to harvest vegetables and herbs throughout the summer. Our favourite result is this enormous pumpkin! Not only was it fun and rewarding to grow, but we also used it to learn about shape, size and colour.

Do any nurseries have similar success stories? Can they recommend any plants to grow this year?
