Highland Council in Scotland

Highland Council in Scotland has received the final piece of funding to develop a 114,000 childcare facility at Broadford Primary School on the Isle of Skye. There will be equipment and toys for children aged three to 12 and the facility will initially provide 25 after-school and holiday places. The money is coming from the Big Lottery Fund (41,000), the Scottish Executive Working for Families Project (Pounds 50,000) and the Childcare and Family Resource Partnership (Pounds 23,000).
