In brief...Nuts and Bolts

The Government is paying for every Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership to have two copies of Nuts and Bolts, the National Association of Toy and Leisure Libraries (NATLL) guide to setting up a library. It is also funding six NATLL conferences to be held this autumn. In April the Government announced 6m funding for setting up toy libraries and followed this up in May with 1.5m to help children in disadvantaged areas to access musical instruments. Both pots of cash are to be distributed via EYDCPs. The NATLL can be contacted on 020 7387 9592.
