You've heard of speed dating - now, how about speed nannying? Tinies Childcare recently teamed up with She magazine to apply the matchmaking-in-a-hurry concept to nanny recruitment. In a debut event they had 15 parents meet 15 nannies for ten minutes each, before deciding whether to take discussions further in a more traditional job interview later. So far there's no sign as to whether speed nannying will catch on, or if the current demand for nannies is so high that it has to be done in a rush - but what do you think? Give us your views.
