James Kloss plays with the Bernoulli blower

(Photograph) - James Kloss plays with the Bernoulli blower, a powerful fan that suspends balls in an upward stream of air, at the Techniquest Science Discovery Centre in Cardiff. Techniquest is running a series of 'Toddler Days' to introduce under-fours to a variety of science ideas. Children can attend a story session, get hands-on in the sandpit and be creative with play dough. Programme co-ordinator Tina Crimp said, 'Our Toddler Days are an integral part of our education programme. Each event has a different theme so that while the toddlers are playing, they are developing different sensory skills.' For details call 029 20 475 475 or visit www.tquest.org.uk.
