Lisa Potts awarded a final settlement of 68,300 for injuries

(Photograph) - Nursery nurse Lisa Potts was last week awarded a final settlement of 68,300 for injuries she suffered while protecting the children in her care from a horrific machete attack at the St Luke's Church of England School in Wolverhampton in 1996. She said, 'After five years of waiting, I am relieved to put all the legal arguments behind me and feel I can now move on with my life. I want to concentrate more on the future, not on the events of the past.'
