(Photograph) - Mayor of London Ken Livingstone visited Harmony Neighbourhood Nursery in Hammersmith and Fulham borough, which successfully bid for grants in the Childcare Affordability Programme. The three-year initiative will pay subsidies direct to nurseries to enable them to keep the price of a full-time childcare place down to 175 a week.
