A new exercise craze has emerged in London's parks -power-pramming. The fitness regime was devised by Liz Stuart so new mothers could exercise without leaving their babies. It includes a power walk or jog while pushing the pram and using the babies themselves as weights while doing bicep curls, said the Daily Mail.
