A local version of children's TV show 'Sesame Street' was launched by deputy first minister Martin McGuiness in Belfast last week, aiming to showcase diversity and linked to the revised Northern Ireland curriculum. 'Sesame Tree' stars puppets Potto and Hilda. Mr McGuinness told BBC News, 'Potto and Hilda are a combination that work well together, and today we saw a very strong message of sharing that we would all do well to share.'

A former Ofsted inspector is suing her ex-employer, alleging she wasfired because she insisted on breastfeeding her son during a three-monthtraining course, reported the Bristol Evening Post. Joanna Rowlands hasbeen allowed to bring a sex discrimination claim against Ofsted. Apreliminary hearing was told that management at the Bristol trainingcentre refused to co-operate with her wish to breastfeed her son. 'I hadto keep leaving the training centre to feed my baby in my car,' said MsRowlands.
