Calling a child 'naughty' can damage self-esteem, according to Annette Mountford, chief executive of Family Links, who said parents should only refer to a child's behaviour as naughty, reported the Daily Mail. The National Family Campaign called it 'politically-correct claptrap.'
Also in the Daily Mail, twin Australians girls Alicia and Jasmin have inherited different skin tones. The genetic million-to-one chance meant black Alicia took after her mixed-raced mother's Jamaican roots, while blonde Jasmin inherited white skin from her mother and German father.
