Cooking in care

Nutritionist Ady Delaney has won the Health for Kids Award 2007 in thecategory of healthy eating for ages 12 to 18. His Looked After Children'sNutrition Project, originally based in Oldham, Lancashire, and nowcovering Manchester, encourages those in long-term care to eat healthilyand teaches them how to cook.
