A new day nursery in Blaenau, Gwent, is the sixth to open in the county.Wiggly Giggly's, housed in Ebenezer Chapel in Ebbw Vale, is registeredto care for 28 children and offers childcare for children aged between12 weeks and five years, delivering the Birth to Three Matters Frameworkand Foundation Phase.

Butterflies are free
Children from Busy Bees Nursery in St Matthews, Burntwood and ChildFirst Day Nursery in Kingston, Solihull, West Midlands (pictured),learned about life cycles from watching caterpillars develop intobutterflies. The children fed the caterpillars and recorded their growthwhile taking part in related activities such as painting their own modelbutterflies. Staff and children then released the hatched butterfliesinto the wild.
