Management Provision
Bright Horizons is the latest nursery group to lease premises from the PINE Fund, a Jersey-based unit trust.

Alan Proto, partner of Nexus Pine, worked with Andrew Coulter of Coulter Consulting to secure the deal to acquire the 102-place Beaufort Park nursery, in Hendon, London, from property developers St George, a division of Berkeley Homes.
