Careshare acquired the nurseries in Dundee, Glasgow and Edinburgh from Leapfrog Day Nurseries. The nurseries are located in Next Generation Clubs, a leading provider of health and leisure facilities. The company said it recognised 'the fitness club environment as a growth area'.

Jim Faulds, non-executive director of the company, said, 'We are obviously very delighted to have won this award. The acquisition of these three nurseries gave us the opportunity to develop a niche for nurseries within the leisure sector and has helped us to improve our company performance.'
