What are your views on the optimum age of employees?

My thoughts are that older employees are more likely to benefit theoperation due to their loyalty and work ethics. While it is true that afield like ours needs constant innovation and training - which olderemployees are also capable of - do you think that older employees arebetter (if you can get them) or do you feel that younger employees havemore stamina?
