It just shows how important it is not to plan ahead around what you think the children will enjoy. In this case, we would have expected them to be most excited about the theatre production. During the journey we talked about all the things we saw on the way, which included the bridges because we drove over the Tyne Bridge and looked up the river to see the Gateshead Millennium Bridge.
