Remember it is well below freezing out there, so take the right stuff to stay warm - hats, gloves, scarves, even the right socks. You might want to get some thermals - they may not be glamorous, but they are a lifesaver in the cold. Anyway, no one can see them!
Good ski jacket
You are certain to fall over on the slopes, and you will definitely get snow inside your coat, not to mention the wind, unless you keep it out with the right jacket. Your employers can advise you on how to find one, and some even supply them.
