St Padarn's Playgroup is run by a voluntary committee of parents frompremises next door to St Padarn's Roman Catholic school and has no linkto the school. It is not known whether the individual arrested was amember of the pre-school staff. In a joint statement Dyfed-Powys Policeand Ceredigon Local Safeguarding Children's Board said, 'A multi-agencymeeting has been held in line with the All Wales Child ProtectionProcedures and Working Together Welsh Assembly Government guidance.' Theplaygroup is registered by the Care and Social Services InspectorateWales.
