Roll up for best practice advice at the Nursery World Show!

The new Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and what it means for early years practice will be one of the main themes running through both the seminars and masterclasses at the Nursery World Show in Islington, London on 7-8 February.

Friday’s masterclass will focus on the new Ofsted judgement ‘Quality of education’, while Saturday’s will explore ‘Behaviour and attitudes’, another new judgement within the EIF.

Quality of education

Explaining how to deliver on Intent, Implementation and Impact within the ‘Quality of education’ judgement will be Dr Julian Grenier, head teacher of Sheringham Nursery School and Children’s Centre, east London, and lead on revising the EYFS guidance Development Matters.

Joining him to give advice on delivering a broad, balanced and challenging early years curriculum are lecturers Dr Jo Basford, an expert in cultural capital, and Dr Sue Dale Tunnicliffe, a Reader in science education, with a special interest in the early years.
