A. We're probably all familiar with this situation - children who become so engaged in boisterous activities that they find it difficult to make the transfer to quieter ones. Their brains and bodies are buzzing and they don't seem to know how calming down happens. Luckily, there are techniques you can use to speed up this process and show children how to do it for themselves.
