WHAT ARE YOU RAISING MONEY FOR?
I'm trying to raise 3,000 for a ten-day charity trek in Octoberto the ancient city of Machu Picchu in Peru for Action MedicalResearch.
WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO GO ON THE TREK?
I saw the trek advertised in the national press and thought 'Yes, I cando that!' But the main reason I am going is for my five grandchildren.I'm very keen for them to realise that you can make a difference andthat you can do things to help other people. I've been training bygetting up at 5.30am, six days a week to walk for ten miles!
