I was really delighted and touched to have won. I love my job and have agreat team of staff. It made it even more special that parents nominatedme and took the time to fill out complicated nomination forms.
- How long have you been at Glebe Kids?
I bought the pre-school and nursery in 2004 after my husband and Idecided on a change of lifestyle - we both worked as bankers in NewYork. Not having any qualifications in childcare, I hired staff to runthe nursery and pre-school while I did my CACHE Level 3 Diploma inPre-school Practice and Early Years Professional Status. I took over asmanager two years ago.
