- How did you feel about being named Cow & Gate Childminder of the yearin association with the Northern Ireland Childminding Association?
It was a big shock. I was so pleased just to be nominated by one of themums whose children I care for. When I read about what the otherchildminders had done, they all seemed worthy of winning.
- Why do you think you won?
I try to keep my home as welcoming and homely as I can. Everything isvery relaxed and fun, as I believe children learn even when they areplaying and doing normal things such as putting on their coat, gettinginto the car and putting on their seatbelt.
