What makes the playgroup so successful?

The playgroup's success is down to the strong supportive team of paidstaff, volunteers and multi-agency professionals who all have a part toplay and bring something unique to the team. I feel very privileged towork with them.

How many children do you care for?

We look after 45 children a week. All the children have some form ofdifficulties or disability and come to the playgroup for specialistprovision and support. The playgroup is a charity and was started 33years ago by parents. We work very closely with a multitude of otherprofessionals including portage, a home visiting educationalservice.
