How did you manage to raise over 1,000 for the children'scentre?

I came up with the idea and asked three of my colleagues from thecentre's drop-in sessions if they'd like to join in. We had a funday anda sponsored bike ride with about 30 people of all ages, and prams andpushchairs.

How are you involved with the centre?

I've been a childminder since 1995 and working with NCH since they cameto Wheatley about five years ago. They have a strong connection withchildminders in the area and contact us when a family needs childcare,like parents who are new to the area or don't have family members torely on.
