- Why did you decide to climb Mount Snowdon?
A few members of my team suggested we climb Mount Snowdon for charityafter being inspired by the celebrities who climbed Mount Kilimanjarofor Comic Relief. They were so enthusiastic about the idea, I had to sayyes.
- How did it go?
It was hard work and very challenging, but a great team-buildingexercise and a good experience to take away with us. Seven of us did thewalk on 18 July and it took me five hours to climb.
- Would you consider doing another walk similar to this one in thefuture?
I would definitely do another walk. My team have discussed jumping outof a plane for charity next year, but I am not a good flyer. The nurseryparents have been a great support, driving us to Mount Snowdon anddonating money. So far we have raised 1,000 for the Ty HafanHospice in South Glamorgan.
