'Fortunately, Unfortunately' is a popular word game. One person makes a statement beginning with 'Fortunately...' and the next starts 'Unfortunately...'
At the moment I feel like I'm in the middle of this game: Fortunately, our Ofsted certificate has now arrived.
Unfortunately, after receiving the letter confirming our grant, I heard nothing further for two weeks. I phoned the EarlyYears Development and Childcare Partnership in a panic to ask where the contract was because signing the contract would release the funds. At present we have no money.
Fortunately, a nice man chased it up and emailed to say I could collect it.
