Technical certificates

* England's early years sector is one of the first employment sectors to have developed its technical certificates to support the Modern Apprenticeship schemes. As a trailblazer, the early years sector was chosen to develop these certificates, which are designed to deliver the underpinning knowledge for both the Foundation and the Advanced MAs. The intention behind the certificates was to ensure a common standard for the delivery of the underpinning knowledge, and that this could best be achieved by the development of recognised, accredited programmes.
