Teddies Nurseries has appointed Jeanne Barczewska as its new childcare policy and development manager. She has taken over from Deborah Spence and is responsible for analysing the Teddies framework for delivering childcare, focusing on education and learning, parent satisfaction and quality of care. Jeanne, who joined Teddies in 1999 as a childcare consultant and soon became an area manager, said, 'This is a very exciting and challenging role and I am looking forward to working with everyone within Teddies to ensure that the children we look after continue to receive the best possible care.'
