The National Childminding Association launched its silver jubilee year on 17 April with a reception at the House of Commons sponsored by Kerry Pollard, MP for St Albans (centre). She was joined by Baroness Maddock (far left) and Gill Haynes, NCMA chief executive (far right), who said, 'This is a special year for the NCMA as we have 25 years of promoting quality childminding to celebrate.'
