The Skills Active Playwork Unit is holding a series of 12 one-day regional events across the UK in October and November as part of the consultation process for developing the National Occupational Standards for Level 4 in playwork and for reviewing the Level 3 qualification. Woodside Halls in Glasgow is the venue for Scotland on 28 October (e-mail Joanb@spritoscotland. org.uk for details). The sessions will concentrate on playwork qualifications, followed by joint discussions with early years professionals.
