Puddleducks Childcare Nursery in Colmworth, Bedfordshire, is the group’s 16th nursery, and will have capacity for 70 children.
It caters for children aged three months to school age and was judged outstanding by Ofsted.
The nursery is equipped with a large outdoor play area and surrounded by countryside, and previously belonged to a single site operator.
Chief executive Ruth Pimentel said tthe group worked closely with the previous operator to ‘ensure that the transition was smooth.’
‘We are delighted that all the staff have stayed with us and they are looking forward to refreshing their practice and learning about the company,’ she added.
