Some medical experts believe that when babies suffer bleeds to the brain and the eye, they must have been violently shaken. But fresh research is challenging the science behind Shaken Baby Syndrome. Doctors are disturbed by some cases where there is no evidence of previous abuse. This programme looks at how the courts may be trying 'shaken baby' cases on disputed medical opinion.
